We approach our business activities with the broadest sense of responsibility and a willingness to contribute to global progress, in an uncompromising manner with respect to human rights as recognised by international institutions and conventions. In this sense, we work within the framework outlined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Principles of the UN Global Compact, ILO (International Labour Organization) conventions, OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) guidelines for multinational corporations (i.e. OECD Principles of Corporate Governance), and – as far as possible – adhere to the MDGs set forth by the United Nations
